Ridge Burns
About Me
When shopping for shoes in the 1980s, Ridge’s toddler son, R.W., brought him a pair of red ones to try on. He bought that pair and has worn red shoes ever since! Those red shoes have now carried him to AMF, where he is committed to being a good steward of the mission’s resources. He has a passion for drawing young people to service with AMF and looks forward to seeing what God has planned for the mission to do in the near future.
“In one sentence, I’d like to see His kingdom come and His will be done at AMF,” he says. “I want to bring vision to the mission, that somehow—through prayer, hard work, and starting new ministries—we will do what every Christian vocational worker is called to do: bring glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.”
