Ministry Essential #1: A Passion for God

Last weekend our board got together and affirmed eight ministry essentials for our mission. I’m not surprised that the very first one is that our mission is to be characterized by a passion for God: “We love God, and we desire to have others come into a personal relationship with the Savior. We value each person as an individual who has a need to recognize their lostness and need for a Savior. We believe the Scriptures are the primary way that God speaks to us.”
