John C. Farrell (Jack)
Elected to the AMF Board of Trustees on May 22, 2001, Jack Farrell is a member of the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Groggin, where he specializes in medical malpractice suits.
His wife’s name is Sally, and they have two children. He is active in Great Valley Presbyterian Church.
Kenneth F. Lutters
Ken Lutters was elected to the Board of Trustees on May 24, 1983 and served as board president from 2002 to 2009. He is retired from Sunoco, Inc., where he was a managing consultant, purchasing manager, and sales manager. His wife’s name is Carol, and they have two children. He is active in his church, Grace Valley Fellowship.
Raymond H. Kraftson
Ray Kraftson was elected to the Board of Trustees in the early 1990s at the invitation of Past Board President David Harvey, who was Kraftson’s best friend and spiritual guide in his formative years and adult life.
A lawyer and managing director of Ariane Capital Partners, LLC, placement agents (fundraising) for private equity fund managers, he is active in St. David’s Church, Radnor, where he has served for several decades in teaching and leadership positions, including junior warden and general chairman of the capital campaign. He has been heavily involved in bringing several organizations—including his church, the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania, and AMF—through leadership changes. He has been married to Margo for more than forty-five years, and he enjoys racing sports cars with his son, Donald.
Norman MacQueen
Norman MacQueen, III was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2002. He is a partner in Northeast Advisors, Inc., an independent investment advisory firm. Norman attends the First Baptist Church of Newtown Township and currently serves as the chairman of its Board of Trustees. Over the years, he has served on his church’s Board of Deacons and Missions Committee and has taught Sunday school. He and his wife, Carol, have three adult children. He states, “I want to live a life that glorifies God at all times, and to take every opportunity to share my faith. I am convinced that I should use my talents and resources to help further the Kingdom.”
Norman M. McCausland (Mac)
Elected to the AMF Board of Trustees in March 1987, Norman McCausland is treasurer of Penn Panel & Box Co., a designer/manufacturer of electric power distribution products. His wife’s name is Ida, and they have three children.
He is active at Church of the Good Samaritan (Episcopal) in Paoli, Pennsylvania and serves on the Commission on Ministry for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania.
